Good ideas.
Something to take with you.
Simple resources for watching, practicing, and reflecting. Download a plain-text template, print the field-notes page, and adapt the prompts to your situation.
Game-day field notes
One question before the game. Three moments during it. A clearer conversation afterward.
Download template ↓TCG practice card
A small practice loop that records the decision, not just whether the game ended in a win.
Download template ↓Weekly reflection sheet
Four small fields and a weekly review, with room for reduced sessions, rescheduling, and rest.
Download template ↓Use the prompt. Skip the pressure.
These templates are intentionally small. A field belongs in your routine only when it helps you remember something or make a considered next decision. Leave a field blank, change its wording, or stop using the template when it no longer serves your purpose.
For game-day notes, distinguish the action you saw from an explanation you inferred. For TCG practice, record the deck version and one testing question. For activity planning, keep the record descriptive and leave room for rest and appropriate professional guidance.

The downloads are ordinary text files. The printable page uses your browser’s print function. Entries you add to a downloaded file or printed page are not submitted to this website. Store personal notes appropriately, especially when they contain health information or somebody else’s details.
Read the context first.
The game-reading guide, TCG practice loop, and training journal guide explain the thinking behind the prompts. The event checklist is a planning aid, not a substitute for an organizer’s requirements.
